Has fab swingers changed much since I was last on here. It seems more difficult than ever to get a reply to a message never mind a meet and getting verified. I know there’s the usual time wasters and fake profiles, but has fab swingers had it’s day? Thoughts please folks!

It is like getting stuck on a roundabout this site, but when you see a status saying I’ve had more fun playing candy crush what else would you think? Fab has had it’s day and it’s time to move on!

I've no idea when you were last on here or if it had changed in that time but I've been here 7 years and haven't noticed any difference.

People talk about there being a lot more fake profiles and timewasters but I've never engaged with any of those in my time here so again I haven't noticed any change.

It has always taken effort and consistency.

Effort and consistency. I’d agree with you there. But with statuses saying this is boring I can’t help but wonder what did people expect when they joined?

Surely if you've been here before you'll know it's a slow burn?

I don't think that you having no luck in 3 weeks is a signal that Fab has had its day, no, but if it's not working for you then only you can decide if it's worth hanging around

Maybe they did, but the site doesn’t work like that, never has, never will.

There have always been statuses like that. I don't pay any heed to them and take most of what people say in their status with a pinch of salt.

The bored status is no different from the "can't reply to every message" and "out of messages" status.

Bit of a broken record on this one but so you think whinging about getting no meets or replies or whatever is going to suddenly turn into meets?

Get involved, get to socials and stand out from the crowd.

Also, fab is no different meets wise then it was when I joined in 2015. What is different is the number of socials available to attend, including ones for unverified people

I think negativity breeds negativity so I doubt this post is going to change your fortunes OP.

Again I fail to see the wisdom of complaining about the lack of interaction and threatening to quit, if no one’s speaking/meeting then the quitting isn’t going to affect anyone except yourself

I have been on and off Fab for 10 years and yes I see changes. Some are good such as there are more opportunities to get verified by coffeet meets and a vast increase in social events.

The maybe not so good changes happen just like in life. People move on, peoples circumstances change. A vast majority are pleasant but I think, again as in life, there are a group of quite nasty people on here. Such is life and its not always pleasant.

In my opinion, Fab has gotten stronger in the last few years and there are more 'real' swingers on now plus more timewasters, plus more married playing alone.

I have read the opinions of the time wasters and cheaters so lets not rehash that yet again lol.

Some people have some very strong opinions, about a lot of things and I think you need to be very thick skinned to be on here especially if you are male.

My advice, especially for a man.....if you want to be successful on here, you do need to attend socials, get to know the 'in people', chat on the forums though be prepared for the negativity and most of all, just be yourself.

Yes fab has changed over the years!

The social non play side of fab has grown over the last decade. That is events without play rooms/playing as part ( not to say it dosnt happen individually afterwards)

I believe the societal changes over the last 3 years have had their ripples through fab also .

I have noticed a definite increase in profiles returning every few weeks ... it always happened however is more prevalent now.

With the emergance of many dating apps being used as hook up apps ... its had its affect on fab too ... yep definitely have been changes over the years !
