I’ve been on this on & off 1st time was probably the hardest to get a msg read never mind a reply so I learnt straight away it wasn’t wall to wall with sex mad women .. few profiles down and a lot of lessons learnt & meeting lots of lovely people over the years. I realised It’s how you approach it learn to make your msg stand out and if your msg is read have some pics up & if you’re on it years & you haven’t met anyone then there’s obviously something wrong with your approach and if you can’t or don’t learn from it there’s no point being here … I await the backlash

Then learned that in Ireland this was the best site.

To be honest I made loads of mistakes. I was always honest, but I would often say things in a way that didn't help. I am definitely better face to face. Getting a face to face for any man on a site like this is a bit of an art form. It takes time to learn the dos and donts.

Most of us men are not wired for the social cues, the way women seem more naturaly to be. So it is a process, of observation and learning, both from mistakes and questions on places like the forum.

I am not exactly new. I also am on other sites as I live in Spain.

It was pure curiosity brought me to such sites. During Covid.

Then learned that in Ireland this was the best site.

Most of us men are not wired for the social cues, the way women seem more naturaly to be. So it is a process, of observation and learning, both from mistakes and questions on places like the forum.

As a rule we dont meet single guys, but saying that , pics and what you have to say do make a difference . We've blocked guys on here for talking shite on their profile or status . We get " hi there " messages etc which is obviously not going to get a guy anywhere. As others have said, nice, tasteful pics and a bit of effort would help with the ladies .We had a 22 yr old message a few times until we told him we have coats older than 22

Guys who say they are single but can't accommodate are a no no as are those that say they can accomodate but when asked always find a reason to not be able to. Socials would seem to be the best way to mingle and get veris .

Yeah, I tend to agree. I realise the world is inherently more dangerous for women than for men in general, but I live on my own and would be very wary of inviting anyone I didn't know into my house...
