Totally understandable but at least a message back 1st would be nice

What difference would it make? The outcome is still the same

I'm not very long on the site, but my initial impression is that rejection is as much a way of life here as swinging is. My neck is getting harder by the hour

What to you don't see is countless abusive, degrading and purely disgusting messages that some men send after getting a polite rejection message.

Why would I want to tell a person "sorry, you're not my type" and risk getting a response along the lines of "you're not my type either, you fat, ugly slut" while a simple block does the job perfectly well without offending either party.

Yeah yeah not all men.

Unfortunately we don't have some magical psychic superpowers to know which men.

This method of self preservation has absolutely fuck all to do with manners

"Ok so why do people ask for face picks enforce message and then block people I must be a real ugly sob lol "

It's their profile, their choice OP. It's not nice alright. Just take it on the chin & move on. As was said already, they mightn't like you, your not for them. Also they might have replied to other's in the past, only for the guy, to throw his toys out of the pram. So they mightn't want that to happen again, to prevent it they block people. Another reason is, they might know you or think they know you, from somewhere, for some reason.

Take it as a learning curve of life on Fab, let it be & move on, life is to short.

The site FAQs also explain clearly that no reply is a reply.

I will never understand why people are hung up on getting replies saying "no thanks" especially when the block button has been deployed. Surely that in itself tells you they're not interested? What is to be gained by them also saying no thanks?:

I should also say OP don't ever feel like you have to send a face pic with a first message. Just because some demand it, only do so if it's what you want to do. Plenty of profiles don't ask for it. It's totally within your power to do Fab in whatever way you want to

Spot on answer, we’ve always tried to polite, civil and say no thanks, happy fabbing etc and we generally don’t get abused but we’ve noticed a trend recently being repeatedly be barraged with constant messages from the same people just no taking no for an answer and having to block now.

In your book OP & mine it is like that alright.

Sadly other's don't see it like that, so they throw their toys out of the pram at the profile in question(so to speak).

I'm not saying that you don't have a point cause you do.

The other side of that is by reply with a "No thank's" can/is seen as a sign of respect & manners from both sides. As after that each parties can use the block button (IF) they want to & move on.

Any now, any profile that does that should be & rightly so be blocked(minimum).

Things that have being said to me when I said they weren't my type. Thankfully I have filters tighter than a nuns fanny so don't get as many

It's a sex site no need for attraction (eh tell that to my vagina)

Ah probably better off your probably riddled with everything going (ten minutes before I was a Goddess)

Are you sure I can't change your mind (again refer to tell my vagina that I don't need attraction)

Cool wanna see me cum on Snapchat

Wanna bring me to a party and introduce me to your friends

The majority of mail received by women and couples is unsolicited, ie the fab equivalent to marketing emails or spam. Do we all reply to those emails that flood our inboxes? No. So why do people feel entitled to a reply on here?

Its amazing the amount of threads like this started by men , must be dozens every month

Id be more worried about why some men think they're entitled to get an answer from anyone on here using the excuse that its just good manners

Wonder why women don't start threads like this

Pussy privelage .. l don't send face pics on a first message .. sometimes l don't send a face pic here at all , l do send a face pic to people here on other forms but l certainly won't send a face pic to someone who demands one on a first message and has absolutely no pics whatever so ever on her profile..it's up to everyone wether they reply..block or do anything they want ..it's their choice ..the main thing is not to worry or give a rat's ass if a person doesn't reply or if they block..that's most important

I do agree that couples could just send a polite No or not reply rather than anything abusive .

What I find funny is the amount of unverified couples who demand face face yet have either no pics at all on their profile or state that they will not send face pics .

I always send in first message if I see that profile is not kind of fake and has let's say popularity and is often in forum. I even have on public two with my face just to show that I am real person
