"I have a similar problem I travel every day to work by train and the guy that you buy your tickets from always chats to me we have great banter he is gorgeous and I would love to go on a date with him I know he is definitely single and has a daughter I don't even know his name I would love to ask him out but I don't have the confidence then I think he probably isn't interested as he has never made any advances so is probably just being friendly but I m always happy when I see him " Honestly I’d say ask him for a coffee. He can never make an advance on anyone while at work as one unwelcome advance could be deemed gross misconduct and result in summary dismissal. You need to try and work a scenario where you happen to bump into him outside of his job or as others have said, slip him your phone number. | |||

"Hi all, im not sure if i missed an opportunity of it was just my imagination running away with me,, Whats your thoughts Yesterday i was about half an hour late getting out of work and going over to my van i noticed one of my tyres was a bit soft , Headed home to wexford from dublin and on the way home was debating weather or not to pull into the gorey services to top up my tyres,at the last minute i decided to pull in, as i pulled up to the air pump a lady got out of the car in front of me and said a light had come on the dash of her car and would i mind taking a look,and of corse i did ,,turned out to be the low tyre pressure symbol,so i asked her to reverse back and i would pump her tyres,,now this lady was id say mid 50s and very good looking,we introduced ourselves and chatted for a little while after that,all the time having great eye contact and smiling ,after we went our seperate ways i couldent help thinking i should of asked her to go for a coffee or asked for her number, there was defenitly something there , but i dident want to come across as a creep,,should i have just chanced it ???? Sorry for the long post " The real World is different isn't it ? If both , for example , knew each other were on fab you'd have been fucking eachother 10 mins later, but the only thing that could be a consolation is that she is on fab and will read this thread tomorrow and send you a message then ye both will be fucking tomorrow night ...a guy can dream can't he ?? Tbh,l suppose you could have asked her if circumstances allowed if she wanted to go for a coffee..you'd have known there & then and there'd be no doubts..tbh l know how you feel as l was getting petrol one night and a woman pulled up beside me in a blue Audi and had trouble opening her fuel cap , she was there for the same time as l was filling up trying to open it , when l had filled up l offered to have a look at it and it was something small that wouldn't release the cap , fixed it for her, she was delighted as she had a long journey the following day , l think she was single as she had no wedding ring on her finger but hey these days that's doesn't mean anything..maybe an opportunity lost l dunno but l don't think about it tbh ..if twas ment to be it would have happened...but twas lovely to help a lady and it's great to know that she did want a guy that knew what he was at ...kinda like here | |||

As you say if she had of been on fab and read this things would be a lot different,
