Training in full flow until I got tendinitis in my achilles heel. Could be out for 3/5 months.

Pass away another long weekend in Dublin. Training has yet to begin. N hopefully maybe get to Envy after the marathon too . Fun filled weekend

Look into prp injections they are not a streoid injection. Cured my tendinitis in my elbows like a new man since . It encourages the damaged tendon to grow back.

We ran Dublin 10 times from 2010-2019. Did 25 marathons over those 10 years. Then stopped. Blame Covid

Training away , miles starting to increase now , this is the doubt stage as you struggle with 15/16 miles and think " how the fcuk will I ever manage 26" let alone 26.2
