I started one on one swimming lessons last year and made huge progress. Classes didn't suit me at all.

Now I'm sea swimming and am so happy I took the plunge.

I learned how to swim at 42 in a class with a few other adults. One was over 60. Never too old. Just need to find the right environment and teacher.
