I prefer to get my tan from a ‘can’

Tried lots of them, and depending on my budget I’d go for anything from cocoa brown to iconic bronze, bellamiantia and bondi sands

What’s your favourite?

Somewhere in Co. Down

I gave up as I just end up streaky with any I used in the past. I'm just no good at putting it on more than the product being bad though. But a weird zebra look never quite worked for me so I gave up and stay pasty white now

Same, I think I look overcooked with fake tan, it's just too obviously not genetically plausible. I might make the effort if attending a wedding but you know what, nowadays I think I'd just wear a long dress or trousers instead, CBA

"Bperfect, the jac jossa one "

I second this! After trying so many i found this one is the bizz exfoliate, moisturize the hands feet knees etc , kabuki brush to blend in the tan on these areas And whalaaaaaaa

Kildare

I very rarely wear it but if I do I get the Dove self tanner it's pretty much idiot proof. For me it's all about the preparation before. I use brown sugar and exfoliating gloves to scrub myself all over. The sugar is a great natural exfoliation. Then shower it off then plenty of moistureriser and let that sink in.

You can mix the sugar with a bit of coconut oil for the body scrub - leaves the skin silky smooth . Mind, not if you're preparing for a self tan but just as your exfoliator in general... and adding a few drops of a favourite essential oil adds a lovely aroma too... can be prepped and stored in one of those glass jars
