Munster question

Is the swing scene getting stronger in Munster

And if so why is it because of all the covid stuff we have all been through

Or is it that people in the Munster region (social organizers) are giving us the options that the upper

half of the country seem to be able too enjoy at free will

Tralee

The Munster scene is starting to thrive thanks

to Cork ,Limerick and Waterford . Its about time we get a few events to attend , we can't be paying Dublin prices all the time.

Co. Cork

As a Rebel I am sad to admit that Limerick is best at hurling and swinging at the moment.

The "Lady" like to play.

RVC also have a new premises in Cork for play events and you have Dark Desires as well. Not forgetting the ultra-popular ladies lunch event in Limerick

I think it's just a gradual increase in swinging numbers combined with Covid having made people re-evaluate their lives.

Swinging in Ireland is becoming more social as well so it's possibly negatively affecting those who only meet privately.

Far far away

Tbf, Cork, Limerick and Waterford all have events. The only challenge is the upward trend of costly hotel accommodation.

some where near

I'd say Munster is busier for events and social nights than all the rest of the country put together

Seems that way

Cork

We joined the site approx 5 yrs ago. We’ve noticed no meaningful difference in the number of serious swingers (the ones who seem to actually meet and have verifications ticking over), based on our search criteria in Cork and neighbouring Munster counties. It’s a marginal increase at best.

Our experience here spans Covid and we couldn’t see any discernible influence on the scene, as reflected by this site, during or post Covid. We were hoping it would lead to a bounce so kept our eye on it.

There are a good few, of what we’d classify as, vocal online voyeurs that have joined in our time. We are excluding the many many short lived profiles from curious joiners - those of whom that stay and get active in meeting appears to merely backfill the cohort taking breaks or hanging up their boots.
