Instil the mantra - "everyone's got a plan 'til they get punched in the face"

That would cut down the self inflicted bs considerably

Make yourself happy before trying to make others happy. Don't care about what others think of you and to remember you can't control the actions of others so don't let it consume you.

Don’t beat yourself up over failure and be true to yourself. Know that you can’t fix other people and that changing your mind on things is ok.

Honestly I don't think I'd say anything, even though my 20s werent all rainbows and butterflies. Depression, anxiety attacks, a recluse for a lot of it. But I got out of it on my own terms, something I am most proud of in my life. Now I am the happiest I've ever been love my life. Great family, friends and social life.

Actually what I would say is

" just keep doing what you are doing, cos you are fucking awesome "

Others people’s opinions of me were none of my business

Listen to your gut instincts

Don’t be afraid of failure

Look after your mental health

Spend time with those that make you happy & avoid those that leave you feeling drained

Don’t compare yourself & your journey to others

You are enough

Was far too nice not telling way more people to fuck off.

No bothers doing it now. The amount of stress and hassle it could have saved me but this is life !

You certainly live and learn

When I was 21,my pops rang me in UK and said come home and do the entrance exam for the guards. Of course I didn't because I was having a ball of a time in London. Always regretted it. So my advice to me at 21, is listen to your parents, they only have your best interests at heart.

Don't be so hard on yourself, when thing's don't workout.

Remove people from your life that treat you badly, even if they're family members.

Do more thing's on your own, that make you happy.

Don't be afraid to say NO, even to family members.

Try to be healthier overall.

Don't be afraid to move away, if you think your going to be better off overall, even if you've little to no money.

Just be you and embrace what you know deep down is what you want and need. Chase your wants/desires.

Also have a lil more confidence in yourself.
