real time message updates

Whenever i send a message u eventually find out it was read deleted or replied to nearly a day before why is this not real time and does it annoy u as much as me

Then why does it show in sent items read 19 hours ago but i have been checking sent items within 19 hours and it didnt show as read

I think the time it shows is when you sent it

It doesn't show you when it was read just that it has been
