" Best thing for power and strength is consistency, keep at it and you’ll see progress If you’re not getting something to eat within 30mins of finishing your workout then maybe a protein shake (whey isolate has less shit in it than the cheaper powders) No real need to spend a clean fortune on supplements | |||

" ---- Back to basics.. - Lots of rest if you're looking to build power and strength in your 40s - Sufficient protein of 1.5grams per kg of body weight from quality protein sources - Sufficient omega 3s in your diet as well as healthy fats. Udos oil is great - Healthy amount of fibre as lets face it, the body changes after 40 -Keep showing up for training | |||
