Another night melting in the bed I'll probably toss and turn 30 to 40 times tonight..... must of been 25 last night.... wake up crawl into the shower fucking knackered.... probably slip or something fooking else will happen... probably soap in the eye.. Big fucking red eye for the morning... all because of..... we can't cope with anything in the 20s....

Any advice....

Fridge just died btw....
