My suggestion would be to talk to her first. Can't see that kind of surprise going down too well with some sort of communication with her about it.

Maybe start with not making it a surprise just to be sure it doesn't cross any consent issues. Not just for her but those couple of cocks might be more comfortable if they knew she was ok with it.

Secondly if you are trying to arrange it through here then it's always best to have a couples account mainly for the reasons given above but also so that the cocks can see that the woman actually exists.

Might seem a little pedantic and not what you are planning but it's not as simple as you suggest.

That is not consent.

I can only speak for me and that probably won't mean a thing,but I'd be absolutely furious if someone did this to me with no talk beforehand or even an idea of it would happen,bar a conversation ages before and a throwaway comment as the previous poster has said being taken as my consent.

Also a couples profile would be better than a man trying to organise this for their partner. At least then the man who agrees to join has a better idea that maybe it's all above board and he isn't going to get himself in what could be an awful situation.
