As others have already said you would be better off speaking to a professional.

It's not an issue I've ever had at any stage but it's not a simple IT issue where you can turn it off and back on again.

It might not seem like an addiction right now but it could have all sorts of consequences if you don't deal with it asap.

I know what what you're saying op.

It's a really tricky one.

I take it you want to stop thinking about sex all the time, but, I reckon you don't want to give up having sex.

If you were an alcoholic, you give up alcohol.

My suggestion for your case would be to come off FAB and any other sites that distract you, and stay away for at least 28 days. After 28 days it will be easier to stay off, but that won't stop you from thinking about sex all the time, unless you are going to give up having sex.

I Know how you feel, 1 day at a time.

Dogs are a great distraction. Walking them , looking after them etc.

Plus walking itself is good for mentle health issues.

I'm not suggesting he strikes up some kind of sexual relationship with it.
