Hi all

Does anyone know where to get the hayfever injection??

Or what works best for your hayfever?

Go to your GP. I had it a few times years ago, bad sinus problems now and again.

Not sure if it has changed but when I got it years ago it had to be given over the period of a few weeks starting in January or February before the pollen season started.

I use cetirizine tablets along with mometasone furoate nasal spray, the Becodefence Plus nasal barrier & hay-fever eye drops. Water wipes help too.

I know lots swear by Fexofenadine but it just doesn't work for me
