Not on fab, but I have run into an old school friend at Nimhneach.

Think he was more surprised than I was, as I always had a reputation as the conservative, careful one in our circle of friends...

There's a couple of friends from my vanilla life on here...didn't realise til we'd exchanged messages. It's all good though.

However I almost pooped my pants when I walked into Missus & Dirk's ball last year and saw who I thought was my brother. I literally stopped in my tracks. Turns out he has a double in the male half of a very lovely couple. The resemblance is uncanny and still unnerves me every time I see them

Ohh yeah...my wife and myself drove about and hour and a half to a meet and greet in a private house. We were greeted by the organiser at a landmark near by and asked to follow him to the house, my wife recognised him as a client of the company she worked in. About I hour later, school friends of my parents walked into the kitchen area we just agreed not to play in the same room as each other although the lady in the couple did venture in for a look ever now and again....home the following morning and who did we meet in Tesco, we just smirked ...funny moment...

A blind meet through a "dating" site that sounds a bit fishy. It turned out to be an in law.

Mortification all round.

Yup, met a neighbour at a social before. It was handy for both of us to have a fab friend 2 doors down the road, we played for 3 months and then I moved away.

As it happens, yes.

There was the initial shock followed by a long chat, and then it kinda happened unexpectedly.

I'm a dirtbag with no morals, I can admit that. We ended up seeing each other quite a few times over three year period. She moved away with her husband after they retired and I've only seen her at family gatherings a few times since.

A coworker was on here. Not sure if he still is. We don't discuss it though. Only see him in the morning when I'm going in and he's leaving after night shift.

Nobody yet. Abit hard for it to happen, without being to a social or event yet. There's a few people near me on here alright. Can't say I know them, yet.

A guy I was messaging on my last profile sounded great and we decided you swap face pics.

His pic arrived and didn't it turn out to be my first cousin.

Jesus I nearly dead when I seen it was him. Blocked him and took a break from fab.

When I see him at family events all I can think about is I have seen you naked

I presume you didn't say anything like you knew him without saying how you knew him

A girl I met before was telling me how she was at a meet and greet chatting away to a guy and all of a sudden he looked like he’d seen a ghost and legged it. Messaged her later to say his son had walked in and that he had to leave quick in case to son told his mum who he met there. Lol

The 1st kick group I joined through fab I was on for a couple of months and we were in the process of organising a group party when a new girl joined. After a couple of weeks from conversation on the group I was being to think "I know this girl", turned out she was thinking the same thing about me and pm'd me. Was a girl I had known for years and had actually worked with her for 3 years also....we just laughed about it and our secret was safe with each other. We both attended the group party and are still friends till this day and both still on fab
