i travel all over

Nice cheese not smegma or other disgusting references

This is from the lounge

I used to like Gouda and Emmental and smoked stuff .

But these days I am all about Port Salut, with nice crackers and maybe Quince or Fig compote

Any thoughts on cheese ?

A good English vintage cheddar for me, preferably with the crunchy quartzy pieces, on buttered crusty bread with Ballymaloe relish or quince paste.

Snowdonia Black Bomber and Godminster Vintage Bruton Beauty Cheddar are big favourites in our house, but we also love Ferndale Farms' Norfolk Dapple and Smoked Dapple, Mrs Temple's Wells Alpine, and Suffolk Gold
