Different schools of thought on this but I’m an E/w person..like value rather than following in 4/6 shots..just my view and has worked for me past 20 years.

Wheres the value in backing a 5/1 shot each way tho? Paddy power paying a 5th of the odds for the first 3.

A 10 euro win gets you back 60.

Winnings of 50.

A 10 euro each way gets you back 80.

Winnings of 60.

If it comes 2nd or 3rd. 20 back.

If it comes outside the top 3. Your down 20.

Sander Clegane 4.15 is the one horse I took out of Cheltenham that I thought should have won. Skimpy odds today (7/4) but I thought he wud be a lot shorter next time he ran. He skipped Aintree to be fresh for here.

Grangeclare West(4.45) very impressive maiden hurdle winner, season hasnt gone to plan since. Has been running in grade 1s, dropped in grade today and should go very close after being freshened up (2/1)

4.15 Douglas Talking. Very unlucky loser in Aintree. Mistake at the last cost him. Wudnt be coming over to Ireland to make up the numbers. Has been heavily backed since the market opened for this race. Was 8/1 currently 3/1 fav.

Deposit 10, stake the full 10 on that race.

If your horse loses you will get your stake back and have the 40 in free bets.
