Love taking the shoes/boots off (I rarely have them on these days) but can't do barefoot. My feet are permanently like blocks of ice so they're sewn into socks

Once at home just sit in a chair, put the feet up for a few minutes after a day's work, usually.

Other times take shoe's & socks off or losing a tie & shirt bottom, at especial event's.

After a long hard workout, taking off all my sweaty gear and especially my sodden boots, taking a long hot soak in the bath, and then to bed between freshly washed sheets.

My last job, from which I retired a couple of years ago was often in a dusty dirty environment, and the disrobing and bath gave me the same feeling of relief as my current workouts!
