Would you rather spend the night in a luxury hotel room or camping surrounded by beautiful scenery?

A luxury hotel room. I can always watch a nature documentary on the tv while laying on a comfy bed. Not to mention hot and cold running water

Although I do go camping, it's hard to beat a good hotel room.

Depends on the 'beautiful scenery' but still think the luxury hotel would win most times for me

I've come close to being murdered in a campsite but that was only because of the midges.

Definitely camping in the right setting, perhaps gougane barrage on a nice evening with a bbq and beer cooler and my 200 inch projector. Now where did I put those clean sheets

Movie choice... Mmmmm, probably what women want

It wasn't the midges that threatened to murder me

Think she's calmed down by now though

If it can be glamping in big old luxury bell tent in glorious weather then I'd choose that...otherwise it's a hotel without doubt

Camping with beautiful scenery as long as it's not damp, cold, wet or rainy... I once camped by the beach in Goa for 10 days ... It was glorious the scenery and the scene

on the hill NordWest of

Did my fair bit of camping in my twenties, now I probably wouldn't get up the ground after night camping.

Anyhow I'd go for a glamping night, never done that and there's some fabulous ones out there.

If the company is good, and the craic is mighty, then location doesn't matter. The quality of a tent or hotel room is not going to be the most memorable part.
