Once a week is good. 3 times a week, yep, i like that too.

3 times a day,every day. No.

I tried it, It takes a lot of time and energy, and left me exhausted, needing time to recover.

I think this would be a great way to overcome sex addiction! OSHO prescribed it for his students who were constantly thinking about sex and couldnt think about anything else.
