Do people need a few drinks before they meet or do they need to be dr*nk even?

I had a social on Saturday morning in a hotel with a lady and she was hammered dr*nk, it was on short notice and unplanned but hey at least I got a free breakfast out of it,

Do you ever encounter people intoxicated at meets?

I think if I turned up for a breakfast social and the other person was d*unk, I'd make my excuses and leave.

I rarely drink, only when I'm out out and even then not much, and I prefer Fab meets to be sober

I love a good drink but I'd rather go through the drinks with someone rather than turn up d*unk or for them to, although i can understand that a stiff drink can calm your nerves , but so can a deep breath.

I’ve gone to parties and driven even though I’d probably have preferred a few drinks.

Some People get hammered at socials for some reason

It’s been YEARS since a I had d*unk sex tbh….. few glasses of wine sex more recently

Definitely this, I find it abit disrespectful tbh. Different if I have arranged to be the taxi driver for the night, I'd expect them to be a little worse for wear... But a social I'd definitely hit the exit door.

I dont mind if someone has a couple of drinks but if they become too d*unk they dont have the capacity for consent never mind being able to perform.

One or two is fine during a social meet/preamble to play, we prefer people who don't need dutch courage

I never drink at a meet, I much prefer sober sex. If someone is d*unk, there's lots of red flags, mainly the issue around consent.

When the drinks go beyond one or two, any potential play gets postponed.

Just not for us

I dont mind a drink to calm the nerves and act as an opener to be sure we are all on the same page. Consent is paramount and contiunal reassessment while playing is most important

I prefer long play sessions so can u imagine the hang over kicking in mid ride hell no thanks

i travel all over

There are so many reasons to stay sober especially if it’s more than a 1 on 1. Communicating coherently , working out boundaries , negotiating hotel rules , having safe sex , not leaving the room in a state , maintaining an erection ….

The list goes on and on

On a meet we both like to take our time and have a drink or two with the person we are meeting. I don't NEED a drink, and wouldn't get d*unk, but enjoy a couple of drinks as part of an evening. Someone who is very d*unk is very unattractive and raises consent issues.

Also... being hammered d*unk in the morning? That's a red flag right there.

I have had a few drinks in the past but never ever intoxicated and I certainly would never turn up to a social intoxicated.

Don't drink alcohol but if another person did that's completely up to themselves but if l thought they were intoxicated at a meet then it's a total no no from me , I'll just shoot the breeze and head off into the sunset so to speak.

If someone turned up dr*nk or got pissed while we were meeting I would walk away completely.

Regardless of how it's going to affect the quality of the sex there's also the issue of consent to consider.

Even if it's just a social I'd still walk away if they need that crutch just to chat.

Maybe the woman in question was staying in the hotel from Friday night and still d*unk hence the unexpected social so it might not be a regular occurrence.....

Met a FWB who was very dr%nk when I arrived at hers. There was no way I was going to make a move (she could barely walk), so tucked her into bed and went home. Anyway, she apologised the next day that her friends had given her extra drinks just after we'd texted to organised the meet that night.

So, 1 or 2 drinks fine but there is a low limit when it comes to sex as well as first dates
