"If they use the road as they do they should have to pay tax and insurance on their E-scooter's like the rest as E-scooters are not like bicycle's ..and they should be compelled to wear a helmet also ..the council charge people to park their cars ..those using E-scooters should be made pay tax & insurance . " Also seen two tonight parked outside aldi with seats on them,in this case I think they should be classed as bikes Not every car has a mechanical propelled engine but requires tax and insurance | |||
