Why don't you try it and see what you gain from it?

The longer I go without, the easier/quicker I would orgasm, regardless of whether I'm having sex with someone or masturbating.

As for other effects, after a week I may start getting more tetchy, less patient but I also would notice a decrease in the want or need for masturbating and/or sex even.

This from my perspective as a woman (with a high sex drive and frequent masturbation
