We have a cottage in a secluded area that we are in the process of renovating

Does people think it would be a runner for us to rent out for swingers only

It is a two bedroom old fashioned cottage but will have all mod cons

There is a few out buildings one of which we plan to put a bar and a hot tub

Any feed back would be welcome or suggestions what we should put into it

Do you need a bar at all...if its 2 bedroom ..how many do you expect to fit in

If people are renting a cottage for a weekend they'd probably need a decent fridge/ ice maker rather than a bar

I can't see any reason to rent it out for swingers only... but a swinger-friendly rental wouldn't hurt. I suspect you may do better putting in the hottub and marketing it as a couples romantic getaway

I can't see any reason to rent it out for swingers only... but a swinger-friendly rental wouldn't hurt. I suspect you may do better putting in the hottub and marketing it as a couples romantic getaway "

Agree totally with this you can pick up an inflatable hot tub for around 500 euros . And as suggested market it on here as swinger friendly. But not exclusively swinger as you might not fill your bookings.

Have a look at cottages for couples website, they are in west Cork, some swingers go there

Also check the local council regarding short term lets

Totally up to yourself who you rent it out to , the main thing is the place is respected and handed back in the same condition to you , whatever people get up to there is they're own business, you're hardly gonna ask who ever rents it are they swingers ? ...it's the same amount to you'll get whoever rents it .

Have your sex equipment set up in outbuildings, accommodation separate so anyone can rent. When you get bookings via fab, unlock outbuildings for clients.

I wouldn't put in a bar. Stocking, restocking , charging, selling alcohol, are all problematic. Swinging and d*unks dont go well together.
