I was attending a social last Oct up North and outa the blue on the Saturday afternoon got a message from a couple(female)in the same hotel also attended the same social asking me would i like to join them in their room and fuck her husband and she would watch as it's a massive turn on for her unfortunately it's not my thing and politely declined so it's definitely a thing

I have been a 3rd but with 3 involved.

As a 3rd wheel I'd not mind as a one-off if only one of the couple joined in but I do like to get both as my preference.

If I was part of the couple it'd not be my preference to have a 3rd.
