Bit of a dodgy area around that ibis, lots of street drinkers and drug users around there.

Might have a bit more luck with a hotel on Howard or Great Victoria Streets, if you can change and cancel your booking.

The Ibis on University St in Belfast is in a much better location, near the Botanic Ave and Bradbury Place hotspots.

Castle Street is way too dodgy, for me anyway.
