Rent an Air BnB, charge a small fee per person, more if staying overnight.

Don't invite too many people so as to be discreet.

Good communication with rules laid out beforehand.

Only reveal location on the day.

Invite the people you want there. invite slightly more than you ideally want.

You wont leave your local area.

No interest in socializing anymore, which will be a massive turn off for a lot of couples & singles girls.

Your options are very limited.
