Anyone else on here sometimes love a good ould hug, not leading to anything else , just one of those hugs that last a little bit longer than needs to,but cheers you right up

Yes. A hug can be mutually satisfying. Not puts you at ease better than a big hug. Well, maybe alcohol. Lol. Hugging can be therapeutic.

The reason I asked was, I bumped into an old friend from school early 20s, by chance this morning at the local shop. I moved County and she lives in a different country, and we used give each other hugs when the other was having a bad day. She just walked up and gave me a hug before i realised who it was, it was amazing brightened up my day.
