Me and a female friend have a pretty good open minded sex life. She has hinted that she likes the idea of the full swing lifestyle but is unsure if she would be comfortable with been at an event with me and allowing a full swing/swap. Is it normal for a couple to attend a event party and just soak up the event and chit chat

Absolutely, you can attend on your own terms, no expectation to play etc take your time and find you feet.....

Absolutely , some go and meet play with anyone but themselves, it's all about qhat you are both comfortable with

Any event or organiser that puts pressure on someone to play either as a single or couple is not a reputable event.
