I don't think there is any difference between fuck buddies and friend with benefits.

Fab friends on the other hand may be people you are friendly with on fab,though may not have a sexual connection

I'd say the difference between FWB and FB is the balance.

FWB leans heavier to time spent as friends with occasional sex as a bonus.

FB is regular time with the same person centred on sex with just a nod to politeness 'have a nice day, see you next week' as they hit it & quit it.

Primarily a friend, from the Fab site, with whom you may have sex with depending on the situation

Fuck Buddy:

Primarily a sexual orientated set up. You know and trust one another and meet when the urges take over

Fab Friends:

People whom you have met from Fab, either socially or sexually or both.

Both sides are happy to go with the flow.
