So I'm clearing some private land, and I'll probably be putting in a gravel road and a gate.

How would people feel about outdoor meets or dogging on what amounts to a private carpark out behind someone's house? Does that ruin the appeal?

I think it's a great idea. I was recently dogging (pre arranged if that still counts as dogging) at a car park outside the city but we were disturbed by a civilian

Sniff Spot brought up all kinds of connotations in my head , you could have an alternative sniff spot involving a bicycle saddle
