Is it just me but when ever I see one of those sporty coupe Mercedes or BMWs I always hope it is been driven by an attractive woman in her late 40s and that soon she will fall hopelessly in love with me. When we’d fight she would always just melt and laugh with I’d try to make up. She’d love my dog of course even when he’d eat her sun glasses and shed so much hair it ends up all over he clothes. When I went away she’d always say “go, but bring me back something expensive”. My laziness is endearing and my procrastination is delightfully reckless. The older she gets the sexier she becomes, she pretends to be annoyed when I tell her. Her independence is intoxicating and her tolerance for my faddish hobbies is total, a woman who loves amateur model rocketry as much as me, heavenly. She agrees that a tshirt, jeans and mountain running shoes are ok as long as they cost more that the suits the others are wearing….

Then I see him in the passenger seat, sun glasses on, Musto baseball cap, I can’t tell from here but he is probably wearing shorts and it’s winter. Bastard.
