Would love to too but I'm too shy lol. Have a pole at home that needs to be put to proper use.

Dated a girl for a while who did two classes a week of it, she swore by it and said she shred the weight she was looking to lose in no time. Kept up the classes then as she got a passion for it, so good for fitness and mental health

A colleague swears by it and it seems like a fun and sexy way to get in shape. I know I wouldn’t do it unless I had to go to a class though.

You certainly look like you have the core strength and abs needed for some of the moves. I do a bit of pole but nothing fitness based. I just use it as a prop to gyrate on.

You certainly can, and if you know first aid that would probably be an advantage….

Start by taking the clothes off, Chippendale style, once nude approach pole (maybe watch some YouTube videos first for ideas)

Genius, take the clothes off the washing line and use the pole for practice…..

If you have a few blindfolds for yourself it would probably help too….

Scarlett use to teach multiple classes a week back when it kicked off, but stopped a couple of years ago. Can be a great way to build some core strength and you can also get a sweat on a burn some calories.

She said the classes used to be fun, lots of banter, and she made some friends that she is still in contact with.

However, if you really like it and have a natural ability, you’ll find there is also a competitive element to it too and that opens up the world of competitions and events (she did a few in Ireland and the UK, and even some in continental Europe). So, whether you want to just join a class for a giggle and a wiggle, while potentially burning some calories, or whether you want to learn some sexy moves to impress, then give it a whirl and twirl

I truly reckon that it's one of those things that while out with a few drinks you'd think "dam, sure I'll give that a go, it can't be that hard?"....yet every single aspect of it is practiced within an inch of it's life, and the person doing it really really really really is making it look easy for what it truly is.

So hats off to anyone who does this at any level.

Know a couple ladies that dose it. Takes great strength and technique.

Choose wisely - most gyms will have a personal trainer that does it or did do pole fitness so theyll be able to recommend a good place/person.
