Morning all just wondering can anyone help me please?

A friend on here can’t get into his account, he has to go to the trouble of re setting his password every time he goes to log in!

Why does this happen?

If you use the forum search function and type log in you'll find others that had the same problem

Ok thanks …he just said there now that sometimes he can’t get in even when he had password reset!!!!
