To get more sleep and continue to watch my health and mindfulness. To also life in the moment more and appreciate what I have. Since 2021 and 2022 I have been making alot of changes to my life and have been getting good results. I'm gonna continue doing what I've been doing.

Now my nails look great.

Little tip: get some clear gel nail varnish. Gives your nails a nice shine but doesn't look like nail polish (since it's clear). You might be less inclined to bite if they look nice
