Cons - too bloody cold, cars are uncomfortable unless it’s a massive hummer or something, also it’s not exactly legal so wouldn’t want to get caught by the blues well unless they want to join in lols

Cons - too cold, too cramped to allow freedom of movement, too cramped to allow undressing and dressing again, too uncomfortable, guaranteed to get cramp from awkwardly body positions, the risk of getting caught by people who don't want to see you getting your freak on, the risk of being watched by someone you find completely repulsive. I could go on.

Pros: Nope, I've got naaaaathin

Pros: For those who are exhibitionist it makes it easy to show off. No expensive hotels to be paid for

Cons: Cold, uncomfortable, hard to verify safety, dirty, awkward, potentially illegal, hard to cum standing up, needs preplanning, insecure location, can't control the crowd and who is there, boy racers and guards know the spots
