Oh yes!

Always have this especially when we visit Cork for Christmas shopping, the added Brandy is SOOO FREAKIN GOOD! (Usually end up stumbling around the shops buying everything after a few of those in Le Chateau)

Plain and simple but... hot whiskeys. I tend to fill my boots with them over the Christmas. One sugar, slice of lemon, few cloves, decent helping of poison... get the stove lit beforehand and I'll be nodding off after a couple.

A take on a Piña colada. The lazy option is made with Malibu. Alternatively use white rum and coconut water.

2 measures Malibu Original

1 measure Pineapple juice

1 measure or more of cream

Ice cubes. All in a cocktail shaker and give a vigorous shake.

Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.

He does, and we use that all the time, especially with a twist (usually brandy or rum added)

This time of year a Hot Port always does the trick ??

Nothing fancy, just strong fortified wine, sugar, and a slice of lemon
