I would start with a few stretches to get the blood flowing especially now with the cold weather. Then into a light jog gradually picking up the pace. Options are endless after that. Best of luck with the training.

Asses are hard to train, they're very stubborn. Carrot and stick is the way to go. Start with small carrots, and a small stick. You'll soon know if the ass likes it as The lips pucker, and tighten . Its hard to retrain another mans ass, though.
