Anyone know a good plumber or able to offer some advice?

My advice would be no DIY when it comes to heating. Ring a plumber asap, google is your friend to find one, plenty of choice in Dublin. Check their reviews. Alternatively get one recommended by your neighbours/friends or in your local hardware shop.
