It's something I've wanted to explore more of but finding someone to do it on a regular has been difficult. The regularity is needed to help get the ass used to it. Otherwise it's just painful, and for me, not the nice kinda pain.

Side note: One of the best pieces of advice I ever have someone was 'don't have an argument with someone right before they peg you, I couldn't sit for days'
