I was up just before 0400 this morning, preparing for a long busy day, but I felt awful: insufficiently rested and it was raining cats and dogs.

Mercifully as the weather improved so did I; but an accident in Dublin's Port Tunnel at the end of my "working day" resulted in a very long journey home.
