"Paul Weller is a miserable bastard. All the success in the world, fantastic songwriter, does nothing but complain. Van Morrison is also playing Belfast next weekend. Weller probably gave you his tickets to go see him." Strangely enough I'm not a fan of any of them but VM is a very dangerous man  | |||

" Both just notoriously miserable and unpleasant. As for Morrison, he was pushing gigging at the height of Covid and telling people not to wear masks etc. | |||

Fergal Sharkey had always been a fan of his so he approached Van Morrison to talk to him and Van basically told him to eff off. There was an interview with Fergal in the NME or Hotpress soon after the incident and he was still upset." I know someone who played in his band once and on his last night before leaving he snook into Vans dressing room and wiped his harmonica on his arse. | |||
