I'm practicing sexual abstinence since 30 days with regular exercises & healthy food.

Has anyone else tried it?

It feels good but takes a lot of effort to stay away and control yourself!

Done this for six years prior to joining here. Yes at times it was difficult but it was also a necessity.Why a necessity you may ask,I was at a stage in my life (brutal break down of marriage) where I would rather have castrated a man than let one touch me again,

luckily I have overcome that lol

I'm not practicing abstinence, I've just not had sex for ages. You get use it after a while

Sexual abstinence is bad for your health. I tried it for a few weeks years ago and I got terrible tennis elbow in my right arm

I carried on reading and it said drinking is bad for you.

So I stopped drinking.
