Watched this tonight. 36 set questions between 2 people to create intimacy and 4 minutes of looking into each others eyes.

It helps identify commonality and intimacy.

Wondering what your experiences are.

It based on extensive scientific research so quite fascinating. The questions are based on basic to more intimate. It's on RTÉ.

The eye contact exercise was intriguing showcasing how non verbal communication can create levels of trust and intimacy.

There's a difference between chemistry and connection.

Chemistry is a flash fire that peaks and troughs and peaks again.

Connection is a slow long-lasting burn.

If you have both you're on a goldstar winner.

One or other alone won't get you through long-term imho
