I don't think you can just assume, because you're horny yourself, that any man or woman is open to being flashed by any man or woman. Not unless it was at a sex party or sex club.

If it's not in a sexual context or venue, people shouldn't have to be on their guard for inappropriate acts. And you can't turn around and be offended if your potentially offensive act actually causes offence to some random unsuspecting members of the public.

It's a very short hop to getting arrested these days.

I (mrs) lost 1 bet and had to take my boobs out of my bra and have only a wrap top to cover them for the rest of the evening and our bus trip back from Dublin

Had to take a second look and walked on then turned on looked back, think he wasn't sure if it happened.
