Honestly don't know. It all started for me at high school and noticing that feet had a sexual effect on me and got me excited etc so searched it on porn etc and it grew from there so I've no idea. The smell, sight and touch drive me wild.

A lot of women say that to be fair then they have a partner with a foot fetish for eg and it turns them on sooooo much to know how much their feet turn their partner on if that makes sense.
