My thoughts go out to those affected with the awful tragedy today in Donegal, my thoughts also go out to families and friends who are hearing news this evening.

Our little country pulls together at times like these. Hopefully it will continue to do so. Sending massive love to all.

Oh, I only heard them say that it was seven confirmed with "more bad news expected"

Grim in either case

9 confirmed dead now, my heart is breaking. My unit was tasked but stood down whilst we were on route to it. Scary scary scary stuff just listened to Greg hughes on highland radio and nearly cried.

I know at least 2 of the SAR guys on site who travelled up last night. I did it for 6 years and can confirm the amazing levels of dedication. None of them see themselves as heroes. It's just what they do.

My heart broke when I heard this sad sad news. I stopped at that station last year and each member of staff were truly amazing, just so naturally friendly. It's a horrendous tragedy. Keeping them all in my thoughts at this sad time.

So this morning we all wake up and know our loved ones are safe .spare a thought light a candle for all those who didn't get home safe in donegal.

Make sure all that are important to you know how much the mean to you today.for none of us are sure of tomorrow. May the rest in peace and their families receive the love and support to help them endure this awfully tragedy.

Really heart breaking stuff and shows just how fragile life can be...

Made a donation to the GFM page, hopefully the many familes impacted by this tragedy will get every support they need to support them though this awful incident. Also thoughts with those still in hospital at the moment
