"Same thing happened to us. Is she trying to sign up on a desktop/laptop? As far as I know you don't need to photo verify if you sign up on mobile. Also it took us several attempts and they don't let you know that they've rejected it, which is most annoying. Eventually we cropped the pic to zoom in more on our faces and it was approved within the hour "ya she's trying to verify on a phone and it instantly asks for photo verification. I will tell her to try and crop it in more . Thank you | |||

Delighted that this hurdle came in after we signed up l, as it would have certainly discouraged us in doing so. That’s really some sensitive personal information for the site to hold on a couple or women. Pretty lousy if the site doesn’t equally apply this requirement to single men profiles. We always maintain that women and couples risk much more in how vanilla society views it as taboo, contrasted with the single Jack the lad with a horn. | |||

"Certainly "couldn't access anything before photo verification" is totally wrong" This was the case for us 3 years ago, submitting either a body or face shot along with username and web address on a piece of paper was a requirement to join. Once we got that done we saw all the profiles which were not photo verified at all, very odd. Seems the rules are changing all the time. | |||

Jaysos I'm glad I've a dinosaur profile and don't have to go through that rigmarole. The process sounds like a prep course for what you can expect from here: send a face pic and no answer rejection.
Yup, 14 days before you can post on the fourm but you can send unlimited messages per day clogging up every mailbox on the site..
IMO, that restriction should be reversed and newbies can only use the forums for first 14 days
If you aren't photo verified or verified in person as a new couple you aren't allowed to post on the forums until you are so the 14 day rule doesn't apply.
So what you're saying there's still the possibility to skip the photo verification with a meet verification.

Once we got that done we saw all the profiles which were not photo verified at all, very odd. Seems the rules are changing all the time." Are you certain that wasn't just to post on the forums?
