so overstatements, creative licence and flattering pics can be used to get a attention and a meet

However

... what's the biggest difference you have encountered between a profile

...and who/what you met in person

" the spark" have chatted with guys and been attracted to their pics etc met in person and it's just not there

As biggest difference I get thst we post the good pics and angles but some people just pull the piss with photoshop and filters

On another site and pics she sent were yummy

She seemed articulate too based on texts she sent. She invited me over to hers only to be met by a woman in jeans, t-shirt and huge slippers with greasy tied back hair (I'm not being bitchy), zero make up and no/nada/zip effort made on her part. She also grunted one word answers. Was one of those I need an "emergency phone call" moments

We tend to have pretty realistic expectations so don't feel let down, I was once pleasantly surprised by how goodlooking a man was (his veris did say this, but don't they all

) and the female half of one couple was strikingly beautiful.

Photos that haven't been updated in many years starts off as a young fit bloke ends up not so fit balding old guy now I don't see looks as a big thing for me but when you expect one thing and get something totally different please I'd like to be forwarned don't pretend your something your not

Not too fussed on the overly filtered photos. A bit of creative fun is no BD thing.

I've given up on trying to reconcile people to their profiles. I'm clearly a very different person "irl" and I come here mainly to let off a little steam and find a like minded partner for sex.

I couldn't be bothered trying to be a persona at a meet, nor would I wish the other person to be. It's hard enough work being myself

On a previous profile, i met a lady for a drink , she looked kinda like her pictures but more like someone who ate the person in the pictures.... We had a few drinks but nothing else
